1.The Chicken Tail Cutting Machine is used for the chicken processing lines. The
processing line runs with the chain follow-up device. With the control by the guiding device and
cutting device, the chicken tail is cut efficiently on direction and depth. The capacity is 15000
pieces per hour. The equipment is compact and reasonable, and can be used together with
various cutting and wheel disk systems with multiple functions.
The material is stainless steel 304 and food grade nylon.
2.The design angle of the knife is divided into 9 directions, up, down, front, back, left bank, right
bank, forward and down, forward and up, and rotation regulation. When the customer has the
same product number, it needs to move the forward and backward movement device to the
appropriate position. If the customer has no product number, it shall be set into Inactive status.
We will guide the operators on site. It is easy to use and operate this machine.
3.Forward and backward movement device is added the spring damping. The size of the cutting
tail shall be adjusted according to the chicken size, which can avoid the happening of the
missing cut and extra cutting. The performance and the rate of the finished carcass are greatly
improved.
