Therefore, the bone slag has no chance to enter the meat during the separation process. Boneless slag meat has no ivory feel even if it is used as a meat product alone, so it can be added in large quantities in meat products.

The small-pressure micro-particle continuous shearing meat separation technology is adopted, and the meat separated by high-speed shearing is in a small particle state, the meat quality structure is kept intact, and the temperature rise is small and the temperature is low during the production process. Therefore, the separated meat has good emulsifying property, water retention property and structural elasticity, and can obviously increase the proportion of use in the product.

The wearing parts of the consumable parts and the bone outlet assembly adopt the inlaid split structure, which reduces the maintenance cost.
